New England Life Care (NELC) is proud to announce the opening of its second Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS), located at 374 Loudon Road in Concord, New Hampshire, officially opening to patients on November 4, 2025.

The new suite represents a significant step forward in expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered infusion care across northern New England. Designed for patients who need or prefer more clinical oversight than home infusion allows, the Concord AIS offers a safe, comfortable, and convenient alternative to hospital-based infusion centers, many of which are operating at or near capacity.

“The Concord Ambulatory Infusion Suite reflects our shared commitment to ensuring our Concord patients can access exceptional infusion care close to their home,” said Keith Thomasset, Chief Pharmacy Officer at Dartmouth Health. “Through our collaboration with NELC, we are strengthening continuity of care and supporting our providers and patients with expanded options in the Concord community.”

Founded in 1987 by 13 not-for-profit hospitals including Dartmouth Health, New England Life Care is a hospital-owned, non-profit infusion provider specializing in acute, chronic, and nutritional therapies. Today, NELC is governed by a Board of Directors composed of leaders from more than 67 Member Hospitals across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Each Member Hospital holds equity in the cooperative, ensuring alignment with their missions and patient care standards.

As an equity Member and founding partner, Dartmouth Health has long integrated NELC into its inpatient infusion strategy. With the launch of the Concord AIS, Dartmouth Health and NELC are extending that collaboration into the ambulatory setting, keeping patients within their trusted health system and reducing reliance on for-profit infusion centers.

Patients visiting the Concord AIS will experience the same hallmark NELC care: welcoming, highly skilled staff, flexible scheduling, free on-site parking, and a calm, patient-focused environment designed for comfort and safety.

With the opening of the Concord Ambulatory Infusion Suite, NELC reaffirms its mission to provide safe, compassionate, and accessible infusion care, strengthening its commitment to patients, providers, and Member Hospitals across New England.

The Concord infusion suite is available to all NELC Member Hospitals and the patients we service together. To learn more about how you can access the Concord Infusion Suite, please call 877-NE-INFUSE.
