A Legacy of Patient-Centered Home Infusion Care

Since 1987, New England Life Care has been committed to delivering safe, compassionate, hospital-affiliated home infusion therapy across the region.

For nearly four decades, NELC has grown alongside the healthcare systems of New England — expanding services, advancing clinical standards, and strengthening partnerships with hospitals to support patients wherever they call home.

A Mission Built Over Decades

NELC began in 1987 with a simple goal: bring safe, hospital-affiliated infusion care to patients at home. By 1993, we became a nonprofit hospital services cooperative — allowing Member hospitals to guide our growth and clinical standards.

Since then, we’ve expanded across New England, strengthened partnerships, and continued delivering compassionate care grounded in:

Quality

Safety

Clinical Expertise

Today, our history reflects steady growth, dedicated teams, and a commitment to serving patients wherever they are.

Take a look back at how NELC has evolved

From our early days supporting a handful of hospitals, to serving patients across four states, NELC’s history is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Our past shapes the care we deliver today — and guides the future we’re building for patients, families, and hospital partners throughout New England.
