Meet the Team
We are excited to introduce four of our newest pharmacy and operations leaders to the NELC team! Please join us in welcoming Mike Hebert, Nazmul (“Naz”) Saker, Alexsis Gauthier, and Dominic Giammichele.
Mike Hebert, Director of Pharmacy Operations - Overseeing four branch locations
Mike joins NELC with a strong foundation in both clinical and operational pharmacy leadership. He attended the University of New Hampshire before earning his PharmD at the University of Colorado Denver. Since becoming a pharmacist at PillPack in 2015, he has earned his MBA, bringing a blend of clinical expertise and business insight to his role.
Nazmul (“Naz”) Saker, Director of Pharmacy - Woburn Branch
Naz brings a wealth of experience from both nonprofit and for-profit healthcare settings, most recently serving at AWP-Masspack Pharmacy and the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Worcester. Since joining NELC, Naz has already provided steady leadership during a recent staffing shortage, helping guide the Woburn team through a particularly demanding time.
Alexsis Gauthier, Logistics and Facilities Manager - Woburn Branch
Alexsis’ diverse healthcare background spans both private practice and hospital settings, having held roles with Mass General Brigham, SurgiSite, Emerson Hospital, and Mill City Medical. She recognized an opportunity to expand into leadership and grow professionally at NELC after building a strong clinical foundation as a Lead Medical Assistant and Surgical Assistant.
Dominic Giammichele, Director of Pharmacy - Concord Branch
Dominic earned his pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2011, before starting his career as a pharmacy manager, and later transitioning to home infusion in 2019. Dominic ultimately became the Senior Director of Operations for Option Care’s Bedford, NH location, overseeing home infusion locations across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He joins NELC with 15 years of pharmacy practice and leadership experience.
Welcome to the Team
Together, Mike, Naz, Alexsis, and Dominic strengthen our pharmacy and operational teams, bringing unique perspectives, strong leadership skills, and a shared commitment to patient-centered care.
