A Message from the President & CEO
Welcoming Our New 2026 NELC Trustees
New England Life Care (NELC) is pleased to welcome our newest trustees, whose leadership and expertise strengthen our partnerships with member hospitals and support our shared commitment to exceptional patient care.
NELC trustees serve as the primary point of communication between their member organizations and NELC. They help represent and communicate NELC’s role as the preferred provider of infusion services, consistent with legal, payer, and patient choice requirements. Trustees also collaborate with NELC leadership to coordinate senior-level planning and performance review meetings, fostering strategic alignment and identifying opportunities to better serve patients and member organizations.
Please join us in welcoming:
Courtney Cook, MSN, RN, Senior Nurse Director, Post-Acute Care, MaineHealth
Kris Dascoulias, MSN, RN, Chief Nursing Officer, Memorial Hospital
Beth Mistretta, AVP, Physician Practices, Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center
Debbi Murphy, Manager of Care Management, Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center
Cynthia Smith, RN, BSN, CCM, Manager, Department of Case Management, Mid Coast Parkview Hospital

We are grateful for the knowledge, leadership, and perspective our trustees bring to NELC. Their engagement helps advance our mission, strengthen member relationships, and support patient access to high-quality infusion care within their own health system.

Save the Date: We look forward to welcoming all trustees to the NELC Annual Meeting on January 29, 2027, at the AC Hotel in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
With gratitude,
Catherine Boyd
