President and Chief Executive Officer
Mike joined New England Life Care as President & CEO in February 2012, prior to which he had been the Vice President of Business Development for the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Mike’s healthcare experience includes acute care, managed care/insurance and primary care settings, as well as having led venture-backed start-ups and participated in national consulting engagements all spanning both the for-profit and not-for-profit segments. Mike’s graduate degree is in Industrial Engineering/Management from Northeastern University and a Liberal Arts/Economics undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Vermont. He resides in North Andover, MA with his wife and two daughters where he was named the first Poet Laureate of the town.
Chief Operating Officer
Bob joined New England Life Care in 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer. Bob oversees all clinical programming, quality, regulatory compliance, account management and human resources. Prior to joining New England Life Care, Bob worked as Senior Vice President of Atrius Health where he was responsible for all operations in the Southwest Region of this non-profit accountable care organization of 8,500 employees serving 675,000 patients across eastern Massachusetts with coordinated medical care, home health and hospice. Bob has served in a variety of leadership positions in hospital, academic, research and ambulatory physician enterprises, as well as several regional and national groups. Bob completed his undergraduate degree in Medical Technology at Fitchburg State University and his Master’s Degree is Health Care Administration at Framingham State University. Bob also studied Health Care Epidemiology and Health Law at Boston University School of Public Health.
Chief Financial Officer
Mike joined New England Life Care in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. In his CFO role, Mike provides financial insight into the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic initiatives in addition to overseeing financial and information technology operations. Prior to joining to NELC, Mike’s healthcare experience included senior financial and operational leadership roles at large, multi-specialty physician group practices including Reliant Medical Group and Southboro Medical Group, an Atrius Health affiliate. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant
Keith Thomasset, BS, PharmD, MBA
Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Pharmacy Officer
Keith Thomasset joined New England Life Care in 2017 as the Director of Pharmacy Quality and Operational Excellence. Keith is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph College of Maine. Keith worked at Lahey Medical Center, Peabody as the Interim Vice President of Site Operations after serving as the Executive Director for Ambulatory Clinical Services. Prior to his time at Lahey Medical Center, Peabody, Keith served as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington. A few of Keith’s achievements include serving on the enterprise leadership team for the EPIC Implementation for Lahey Health System along with optimizing pharmacy clinical services that resulted in utilization savings (~$2M in FY 2013) and assisted with various process standardization and construction projects. Keith is also serving as an Advisory Team Member for the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.

Janice Donovan, BSN
Associate Chief Nursing Officer
Janice joined New England Life Care in 2012 as a field nurse. Prior to taking her current position as Regional Director of Nursing, Janice served as the Director of Nursing for NELC’s Woburn branch. Janice began her career at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston where she spent 17 years in progressively more challenging roles in the acute care setting. Since 2002, she has dedicated her professional career to the home infusion industry. Janice recently presented at the National Home Infusion Association’s annual conference. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the New England Chapter of the Infusion Nurse’s Society. She received her BSN from Northeastern University. Janice is passionate about delivering high quality patient care and providing education to patients, nurses and healthcare providers across the health care continuum.
Andrew J. Heindl
Senior Vice President of Business Development & Payer Relations
Andy joined New England Life Care in 1993 as General Manager for NELC’s Portland Maine branch. Prior to taking his current position as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Payer Relations, Andy served as the Director of Sales and Payer Contracting at NELC for two years. Andy has worked in healthcare since 1979, holding sales and sales management positions in the pharmaceutical, medical product and home infusion industries. As VP of Partnership Development, Andy and his team are responsible for working with NELC’s member hospitals, their affiliated clinicians and representatives from health insurance to transform the patient care continuum and demonstrably improve the health of the community while reducing the overall cost of care.
Bret Snow, PharmD
General Manager ACS
Bret joined New England Life Care in 2016 as the Director of Pharmacy of Advanced Compounding Solutions. Bret now serves as Regional Director of Pharmacy. Bret Snow is a graduate of Northeastern University’s Bouve College of Pharmacy. Bret worked at PharMerica for 16 years, a long-term care provider. During this time, he worked extensively in their sterile compounding department as both a technician and a pharmacist. Bret leveraged his experience in infusion therapy to become a clinical pharmacist at Home Solutions, the largest privately owned home infusion company in the US. There he was promoted to the position of General Manager. In 2015, Bret received the company’s “Above and Beyond Award” for overseeing major renovations to his compounding suite while maintaining operations through a sister pharmacy.
