• Designate NELC/Advanced Compounding Solutions as your “preferred provider”
• Comply with utilization reporting requirements
• Invite NELC to participate in appropriate hospital committees
• Conduct at least two senior level planning & performance review meetings
• Maintain a positive annual contribution to the collaborative
• Timely participation in all member votes
