- Use of more than expected amount of supplies or medications: Call your Patient Service Representative at New England Life Care.
- Questions about how to give yourself your IV medication or tube feeding: Call your VNA nurse or New England Life Care nurse.
- Questions regarding your medication side effects: Call New England Life Care and ask to speak with a pharmacist.
- Questions about your delivery: Call New England Life Care and ask to speak with your Patient Service Representative or if your question occurs after hours when our office is closed, please call New England Life Care and ask to speak with the pharmacist.
- Change of mailing or delivery address: Call New England Life Care and ask to speak with your Patient Service Representative.
- Health Insurance changes: Call New England Life Care and ask to speak with your Insurance Verification Specialist.
- Therapy is complete: Call New England Life Care and ask to speak with your Patient Service Representative.
- Question about the information you received about charges or a bill from New England Life Care: Call New England Life Care and ask to speak with our billing department.
