Charles Gigante, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gigante brings more than 30 years of health care experience to New England Life Care. He has held positions in sales and sales management with Baxter Health Care Corporation, Caremark, Inc. and has been in his current position with New England Life Care since 1993, as President & Chief Executive Officier(CEO). Mr. Gigante oversees all aspects of operations including sales, finance and reimbursement and clinical quality. In this position, Mr. Gigante reports directly to the NELC Board of Directors. Mr. Gigante is a graduate of Boston College and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Tom Sahrmann, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sahrmann has 30 years experience as a CPA and financial manager of healthcare and financial service companies. He has served in the role of CPA, auditor, treasurer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and president of various entities. As New England Life Care, Inc.'s (NELC) Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sahrmann reports concurrently to NELC's President & CEO and to the NELC Board of Directors. His responsibilities include all financial reporting, matters of internal financial controls, and modeling of strategic planning for Board consideration as well as oversight of NELC's Information Systems department. A graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri (1974) and CPA (1975), Mr. Sahrmann has been with NELC since 1999.

Bill Noyes, Vice President of Operations
With 15 years of service, Mr. Noyes is one of New England Life Care's most tenured employees. Past positions held at New England Life Care include Materials Manager, Director of Operations for Respiratory Therapy, and Director of Human Resources. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Noyes oversees the Branch Pharmacy Departments, Information Technologies, and Materials Management. His broad experience in Home Infusion makes him a valuable member of New England Life Care's senior management team. Bill graduated Cum Laude from Plymouth State College with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics.

Deborah Miller, RN, CRNI, Vice President of Nursing Operations & Regulatory Compliance
With over 30 years of nursing and management experience in hospital and home care, Ms. Miller is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the products and services provided by NELC's Nursing departments meet the standards expected by all of our patients. Prior to joining NELC in 1999, she served as the Regional Infusion Manager for northern New England for Apria Healthcare and prior to that as the Branch Manager for the Scarborough, Maine Caremark branch. She is happy to receive any compliments or concerns you may have regarding NELC's provision of services. In this position, she reports directly to Mr. Gigante, President & CEO.

Andrew Heindl, Vice President of Business Development - South Portland, Maine
Mr. Heindl joined New England Life Care in 1993. Prior to taking his current position as Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Heindl served as the Director of Sales and Payer Contracting at NELC for two years and as General Manager of the Maine branch for 10 years. Mr. Heindl has worked in healthcare since 1979, holding sales and sales management positions in the pharmaceutical, medical product and home infusion industries. As VP of Business Development, Mr. Heindl is responsible for the development and implementation of NELC's sales and marketing programs. These programs promote NELC's unique structure and service capabilities to its member hospitals and affiliates. Mr. Heindl, in conjunction with Bill Noyes, VP of Operations, is also responsible for assuring a representative third party payer network whose contracts recognize NELC's commitment to quality.

Thomas Claffey, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Claffey is an Infectious Diseases specialist and director of the Infectious Diseases Division at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. He reviews the plan of care for patients as they begin treatment with NELC and advises the Nursing and Pharmacy staff on clinical issues. He is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Diseases fellowship at Hartford Hospital and the University of Iowa.

Elaine K. Pridham, SPHR, Director of Human Resources
Ms. Pridham joined NELC in 2007 as Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resource function company wide. With over 17 years of experience in all aspects of human resources, her prior experience includes serving in the role of Associate Director of Labor and Employee Relations for Harvard University and Associate Director of Human Resources for the Harvard Medical School. Previous to her career in human resources, she worked as a social worker in a variety of social services agencies working with a range of clientele and in functional areas including elders, children and families, protective services and program development. She is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management at the senior professional level as well as holding a certification in mediation and alternative dispute resolution and executive coaching. Ms. Pridham is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a BA in Sociology and has done graduate work in administration and policy and planning at the University of Connecticut School of Social Work.

Gary M. Levine, M.D., Assistant Medical Director
Dr. Levine specializes in Clinical Nutrition, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Malabsorption at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and is a Professor of Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School. Dr. Levine advises the NELC Nutritional Support Team, reviewing care plans for patients on total parenteral nutrition. He is a graduate of Queens College and New York University School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Duke University Medical Center and Gastroenterology fellowship at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
