IV Nurse Clinician - Concord , NH
The person in this position is responsible for the provision of direct patient care to home infusion therapy patients in conjunction with physician orders. Establishes, implements and revises, as needed, a plan of treatment that meets each patient’s specific needs and is in compliance with JCAHO, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines and NELC policies and procedures. Accurately performs initial and ongoing patient assessments of home infusion therapy patients. Provides comprehensive initial and ongoing patient and caregiver education relating to the prescribed home infusion therapy. Demonstrates competency in the aseptic administration and monitoring of all therapy types provided by NELC. Effectively communicates changes in patient status to appropriate members of infusion and reimbursement teams verbally and in writing (progress notes, e-mail, etc.) in a timely manner.

Systems Administrator - Concord, NH
The person in this position is the primary contact for the Help Center and is responsible for the systems and network in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts facilities. Home office will be located in Concord NH. Time commitment will be split between facilities in Concord NH and Woburn MA. Travel to corporate office located in South Portland ME will be required on a regular basis for training, staff meetings and other business related activities. As primary contact for the Help Center, provides support to end users on a variety of issues, with the exception of those related to use of CPR+. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support, maintaining documentation in NELC Trouble Ticket system. Maintains IT presence in New Hampshire and Massachusetts facilities. Interacts on a regular basis with users and reports any needs or concerns identified to IS Manager and/or Senior Systems Administrator. Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of all equipment in New Hampshire and Massachusetts facilities, assisting with other facilities as needed. Maintains inventory in IT Controls database for additions, relocations, and disposals. Makes recommendations as needed for replacements and additions. Equipment includes: personal computers, laptops, thin clients, peripherals, phones and phone accessories, servers, network equipment, and other equipment as needed.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Director, the person in this position is responsible for assisting in the provision of infusion therapy to patients via ongoing communication with patients, caregivers and other healthcare-related staff.

Insurance Verification Specialist - South Portland, ME
The person in this position is responsible for the verification of the patient’s medical insurance for all aspects of reimbursement of home infusion therapies provided by NELC or the establishment of an alternative method of payment for service.
