Medical Center Specialist - Clinical Liaison -

This position is hospital based at Maine Medical Center as a liaison between the hospital, New England Life Care (NELC) and the patient. This individual is responsible for the assessment of patients referred for home infusion to determined their ability to safely receive services at home. They are also responsible for relationship building with hospital staff for quality coordination of care between the hospital and home. The person in this position will work with NELC’s Business Liaison to achieve the branch’s sales goals through the positive promotion of NELC’s programs and services to the hospital case managers. This is a clinical position and an RN license in good standing in the state of Maine is required. |

Reporting to the Director of Nursing in the Concord branch, the staff IV Nurse Clinician is responsible for the provision of direct patient care to home infusion therapy patients in conjunction with physician orders. They also establish and implement the plan of treatment for patients. This position is located at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Norris Cotton Cancer Center. |

Clinical Liaison Nurse -

Reporting to the Director of Nursing in the Concord branch, the Clinical Nurse Liaison provides clinical assessment of patients referred by the member hospitals for home infusion therapy to determine their capabilities to safely receive services at home with NELC. They are also responsible for relationship building with hospital staff for quality coordination of care between hospital and home. This position regularly reports to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. |
