New England Life Care’s delivery staff is committed to a positive patient experience. Our professional and caring team assures timely delivery of IV infusion medication, equipment and supplies. The team utilizes our company owned vehicles, as well as offering major delivery services like UPS to meet our patient and caregiver schedules. Staff members are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to delight our patients and their families.

Whether you live in downtown Boston, the white mountains of New Hampshire, or the northern most points in Maine, we’ll have your IV therapy medication, equipment and supplies to you on time, rain or shine. Supply and Equipment Management

The equipment maintenance staff at New England Life Care takes pride in the fact that we provide state of the art home infusion equipment to administer our IV therapies as safely and efficiently as possible, while reducing overall impact on a patient’s daily routine. As a patient on service with New England Life Care, you can expect to receive equipment that has undergone rigorous safety checks and maintenance schedules that meet or exceed all manufacturer guidelines.

Prior to every delivery, our equipment is cleaned and disinfected, tested for accuracy, and undergoes comprehensive safety checks to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, we send all of our intravenous drug delivery systems to state of the art bio-medical facilities to perform semi-annual and annual preventative maintenance that ensures all equipment is compliant with manufacturer protocol.
